  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    Damaged or defective products may be exchanged for replacement or refund. Please contact us for an RMA number before shipping.
  • I don't need this after all, can I return it?
    Sure, if it's still in the original packaging. The buyer must pay for the return postage. Please contact us for an RMA number. Your refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
  • What shipping carriers do you use?
    Currently we only use USPS and UPS.
  • How long does it take to ship something?
    Most orders ship within 2 business days. Most orders are received by the customer within 5-7 business days of ordering.
